First Hour of Coverage: £250

To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable payment of £250 for the first hour of coverage. This fee guarantees our presence at your event and includes the photos that we capture.

Additional Hours: £150 each

Need us to stay longer and capture even more unforgettable moments? You can extend our coverage at a rate of £150 per additional hour, including post-processing. We’re here to ensure every aspect of your event is beautifully documented.

Please note that all prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).

Availability Confirmation: After receiving your inquiry, we will check our availability for your event date. If your date is open, we will move to the next step.

Contract and Payment Request: You will receive a comprehensive contract outlining the terms and conditions of our services, as well as a payment request for the non-refundable booking fee of £250 for the first hour of coverage.

Booking Confirmation: Once you have reviewed and signed the contract and made the booking fee payment, your event photography with is officially confirmed!

Introductory Meeting/Call: We begin by getting to know you and your event. We’ll schedule an introductory meeting or call to discuss the unique details, your vision, and any special requirements you may have.

Relaxed, Journalistic-Style Photography: Experience the magic of continuous, journalistic-style shooting that allows us to capture candid moments and tell the story of your event in a natural, unobtrusive manner.

Professional Image Editing: Every image we capture receives professional editing to ensure it meets our high standards, guaranteeing you receive a collection of stunning, polished photographs.

Online Photo Gallery: All your images will be delivered to you in both high-resolution and web-size files, accessible through a private online photo gallery, ready to share on web and social media.

Efficient Turnaround: Our standard turnaround time is a maximum of 4 weeks.
